RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Guitars

Customers have 30 days to return a guitar purchased directly from BREEDLOVE. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. The case, items in the case, and guitar must all be present in the return package. To begin the return process, email info@breedloveguitars.mom. Our team will supply customers with return shipping labels to have the products returned to the facility. For refunds, the guitar must arrive at the facility before any payments are returned, and customers will pay a flat $50 return fee to be removed from the refund amount. For an exchange, the customer service team will work with customers to get a replacement chosen and shipped out once the original guitar is returned. 

Merchandise

Customers have 7 days to return any merchandise purchased directly from BREEDLOVE. Items must meet return condition requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange, and the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. All strings and Boveda products must be unopened to qualify for a refund. To begin the return process, email info@breedloveguitars.mom. Our team will supply customers with return shipping labels to have the products returned to the facility. Once they have been returned, a refund will be processed, or a replacement/exchange will be shipped out.

 

When purchasing any products from BREEDLOVE directly using Klarna, customers have a 14 day return window for a full refund. All items must be unopened and in new condition. Please email info@breedloveguitars.mom to begin the return process.
